UK Surgical Ltd is a healthcare distributor and as such adheres to the business
rules and regulations set forth in the medical device industry. We go further
in implementing our Corporate Business Statement that goes hand in hand with
the way we conduct our business in our busy daily lives. These are our

UK Surgical will be up-to-date and well informed of the rules, regulations,
guidelines and compliance issues that affect our business interests. As
responsible employees we will apply knowledge to our daily business
transactions and personal conduct. Above all, we will continue to adhere to the
highest standards of ethical conduct in all that we do right through to the end
user of our products and beyond. Our responsibility lies to the people who use
and receive our products also to the companies whose products we represent;
therefore everything we do must be of a high quality and without any compromise
on health and safety. Contracts will be honored with our partners and
suppliers, payments will be issued within agreed time limits and reserves will
be made for adverse times to deliver on our financial obligations and promises.
